COACHING PROGRAMS
At NRGPT, we focus on individualized training plans that fit into your life. Your life should not have to fit around your training. We achieve this by taking into account your work, family and lifestyle needs before setting up your program. In order to optimize your performance, we use a FACT lactate test and field tests to determine your individual heart rate, power and pacing zones for both training and racing. This allows us to determine your strengths and weaknesses as well as monitor your progress. Athletes will also have access to our online interactive training diary. You will log onto your individual web page to access your program as well as maintain a daily training log for on-going monitoring and analysis by your coach.
At NRGPT we pride ourselves on our level of service. Our coaches will work with no more than 25 athletes. This ensures that each athlete receives the quality service that they deserve and our coachese are able to properly monitor every athlete that they work with.
