Great races at IM Cozumel
November 22, 2018 - We have some great races down at Ironman Cozumel last weekend, with Ed Doucet finishing in 12th in his AG, Art Chasovskykh was 4th in his AG in 9:13 and Duncan Ross went 8:56 and won his AG and was first age grouper overall. July 10, 2018 - We had a great day at Muskoka 70.3 with nearly 30 athletes racing, here are some pictures and we will give some updates soon as well but we won the TriClub award with all the great racers we had!

June 11, 2018 - NRG Coach Ryan Cain is getting back to racing this year after taking some time away to start a family with his wife Lauren. Ryan has recently learned that both Lauren and his daughters are genetically susceptible to heart issues and he is raising money for the Ottawa Heart institute Foundation.
