I wanted to say THANK YOU. The past year with you has been amazing. The attention to my program and genuine commitment to my success shows in everything that you do. I am as excited as a little kid being able to work out with you and your NRG team. The team are not only amazing athletes but willing to share their experience and knowledge with newcomers like myself. What can I say , I am not only faster at 50 but going to Kona too! It doesn’t get much better than this. I am excited about what this year will bring working together.
