The NRG 111 Triathlon
Sunday July 25th we are having our 2nd Annual NRG 111 Triathlon for all of our NRG athletes.
This is a great course up in Muskoak with the swim at Dwight Beach and then a beautiful rolling/hilly ride into Algoquin Park and back ( a bike lane the whole way and no lights or stop signs on the course and ~1000m of climbing in 100km) then a rolling run along Dwight Beach road to finish.
