Hello Sylvie,

Just wanted to write a little note to say thank you so much for all of your help with my recent endeavor. At one point in my early adulthood, running a 10k race seemed insurmountable, as did completing an Olympic Distance Triathlon.  As I reflect on my recent accomplishment it is almost with disbelief.  I am very proud of how far I have come and my recent successes.

Upon registering for the HIM I decided some guidance and a training program would be the best way for me to have my best race.  NRGPT made this very easy.  Throughout the training, I knew I could email Sylvie with any question at any time, regardless of how silly the question seemed to be.  She always had answers and always got back to me quickly. Her support was genuine, her guidance wise.  Sylvie was always considering me and my needs during the training.

I'm am certainly not an elite athlete in this sport and I will forever remain mediocre which, I am totally okay with.  This sport can be intimidating at times.  Training with NRGPT was not intimidating in any way.  Attending the group ride for the first time was a little nerve racking.  Sylvie and the other NRGPT members were inviting and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Sylvie, you are wonderful at what you do.  It is clear that this is your passion, that you care immensely about your trainees and that you love what you do.  Thank you, thank you, thank you for having such a huge role in making one of my dreams come true.

Thank you to the both of you for cheering me on during the race and also the bike fix attempt!  It really was a fabulous day and I had so much fun.  All about positive thinking!!!!!  Thank you Sylvie, for that!

I am still resting my hip and was forced into actually taking a week off after the race as a result of a nasty nasty cold that is still lingering.  Thank goodness it hit me post race and no pre race!

I hope to be back running in a week or so and will do an Olympic Distance near the end of the year, for fun, and I will wear my NRG tri suit with pride!  There may be a full Ironman in my future....  if so, you will be the first to hear.

Again, thank you thank you thank you.
