Holiday Monday marked the start of the Subaru Triathlon series with the Victoria Duathlon in Kitchner, the weather was a little warmer this year than the last few years and there was a big turnout of athletes. Congratulations to Eric Drolet, Scott Boucher (first race), Sandy Skradski (3rd in age group), Jim Anderson (first race), March Trudeau (6th in age group), Brady Blain, Jenn Sauks (4th in age group), Walter Spoja (First in age group), and Jesse Ryan who all raced well.Down in Florianopolis, Brazil this past week, Gilles Simard, Joanne Sisco and Cesar Jimenez were all racing Ironman Brazil. This was Cesar’s first Ironman and he had a great day and congrats to Gilles for a solid race as well and Joanne for her best performance yet.
