Our plans have been finalized! We are heading back to Calella from April 29-May 9th, 2010 for our European Spring Camp. This camp combines great training with a really incredible way to see Europe (and one awesome Spa!)

FLORIDA TRAINING CAMP: Our very popular February training camps in Florida are back for another year!! We have 3 one week camps available, Feb 6-13, Feb 13-20 or Feb 27 - Mar 6th. The training camps will be held in Clermont which is 30min outside of Orlando. Clermont is located in Lake Country Florida, one of the few places in Florida that has some good hills for riding, combine this with some quiet roads, good pools, orange grove running trails and warm weather and you have a great location for a training camp!!

Join us June 18-20 2010 in Lake Placid for a 3 day camp on the Ironman Lake Placid course. This is an iron distance focused camp and a great chance to put in a big weekend of training in a beautiful area and have the the support and feedback from the NRG PT coaching staff. Whether you are racing an Ironman this summer or thinking about doing one in the future this training camp will help you to optimize your performance!
